Pick up any heavy material and then blot with towels until dry. This may fix it, it may not. If not call a professional. Sometimes the pet sustain may be removed other times it can be permanent. Odor can be removed if it is in a concentrated area. There are soaking procedures that can be used with a subfloor extractor. By soaking the odor absorbing solution into the pad and then extracting it with the sub floor extractor most odors can be removed. No guarantees but we have seen great results with this process.
