What's the best way for a professional company to clean your carpeting? Dunne Cleaning Specialists is entering our 56th year in the carpet cleaning business. We were here at the beginning of steam cleaning or hot water extraction. We have seen many changes some good some bad. We take what we learn and let the learning shape our systems of cleaning. We have always believed in a multi step approach to cleaning. There are multiple ways to clean a carpet and most carpeting can be cleaned with a multi step process that involves shampooing a carpeting to loosen and suspend soil in all the open areas and then a steam rinsing of the entire carpeting with our Ultra Dry Truckmount. Spots and stains worked on as we rinse. This allows us to loosen the spots and then rinse the spots out immediately avoiding bleed back. The biggest reason spots bleed back is the spots are loosened and then left to wick into the backing and later wick back up in the drying process. By loosening and then rinsing we can limit wicking back greatly.
