We use a multi step method for our carpet cleaning services. First we inspect. Then we shampoo the open areas of your carpeting with a rotary shampooer to loosen and suspend soil. The rotary scrubber hits all sides of the fiber and with the circular motion lifts up the dirt into the foam on top of the carpeting. We then steam rinse the carpeting with our ultra dry Truckmount. Spots are worked on during the rinsing process. Our crews have a full professional spotting kit. Spotters can be applied to difficult spots and then rinsed immediately to lessen the result of wicking. Spots that are loosened and not rinsed in a timely manner have a nasty habit of coming back. That is why we loosen and rinse.

Are your rugs really clean? Not are they covered with spills and spots but are they clean?

When people look at their rugs they think they are clean because they can’t see any visible spills or spots. Does this mean your rugs are clean? Actually no, it doesn’t mean your rugs are clean. Sometimes I hear that we never go in that room. Does that mean your rugs are clean? Again, actually no. Try this simple test, put a piece of white paper under the rug, stamp on top of the rug over the paper. Look at the paper and see if you find any dirt on the paper. You might be surprised. Another test could be to take your vacuum attachment and cover it with a cotton towel, a white cotton towel, and vacuum the surface of the rug. You might be surprised what you find. I usually surprise a lot of people on the job when I use our powerful vacuum with a clean white towel and show the customer how the towel has changed from white to dark within a couple of passes. Eureka did a test and found that a rug can obtain up to 87lbs of dirt and still look clean.
