Can't remember when you had your air ducts cleaned? It's probably time.

The national air duct cleaners association recommends that you clean your air ducts every 3 to 5 years. People that have had construction should clean their air ducts after the construction has been completed. People with severe alleges more often. When you hire someone hire the best. Has there really ever been an ok cleaner? Someone who says you know what I will do a passable job. Probably not.
