We first put your rug through a thorough rug dusting procedure. This removes dry soil from the rug. Then the rug is cleaned and rinsed, spots worked on to attempt removal. We groom the rugs and hang the rugs in our drying area. After the rugs have dried we take them down inspect them. If any rugs need additional work we either work on problem areas recline them or if cleaned to the best of our abilities we wrap them in brown paper to either be delivered to you or for you to pick them up.
